Major enzymes activity is provided by Glucoamylase that hydrolyzes α-1,4 glycosidic linkages of starch from non-reducing end to produce glucose.
Activity Definition of 1μ/ml activity:
1ml enzyme solution hydrolyzes soluble starch to produce 1 mg glucose per hour at pH4.6 and 40℃.
Major application:
1.Glucose
2.Alcohol
3.Brew
4.Citric acid
5.Monosodium glutamate(MSG)
