Major enzymes activity is provided by Pectinase that break the cell wall and reduce the viscosity of juice to improve the products quality and make juice clean. It takes same effects in animal feed.
Activity Definition of 1μ/g activity:
1 gram enzyme solution hydrolyzes pectin to produce 1 mg galacturonic acid per hour at pH3.5 and 50℃.
