Major enzymes activity is provided by Cellulase that hydrolyzes cellulose to produce Oligoes and Cellobiose, subsequently to produce Glucose, for animal feed application
Activity Definition of 1μ/g activity:
The amount of enzyme, which degrades 4 mg/ml sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to release 1 μmol reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 min, at 37℃ and pH 5.5.
